How should I store the patches?

Store your patches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their
original packaging until ready to use.

Where should I put the patch on my body?

Apply your patch to any clean, dry, hairless area of skin — such as your inner wrist,
shoulder, upper arm, lower back, lower leg, or even the sole of your foot if
you have sensitive skin.

Experiment to find what works best for you! Do not apply to broken skin.

Are the patches latex free?

Yes, all Patchwell® patches are 100% latex free.

How long do the patches last?

Each patch is effective for up to 12 hours. We recommend applying a fresh patch daily for best results.

Do the patches have an expiry date?

Yes, each pack has an expiry date printed on the packaging. For best results, use before the expiry date and store in a cool, dry place.

Can I use the patches on my children?

Our patches are not recommended for children under 6 years of age. For children aged 6 and over, please consult with a naturopath or healthcare professional before use.

What if the patches irritate my skin?

If you experience irritation, remove the patch immediately. Try applying your next patch to a different area of skin. Our patches are hypoallergenic, but everyone's skin is different. Do not apply patches to broken, irritated, or damaged skin. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Is it ok if the patches get wet?

Yes! Patchwell® patches are waterproof. You can shower, swim, and sweat without affecting adhesion or effectiveness.

Can I wear more than one patch at any one time?

Yes, you can wear multiple patches at once if you're targeting different wellness needs. Just apply each patch to a different area of skin.

Are your patches safe to use if pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement, including our patches.

How long does it take to get my order?

US, Australian and UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. International orders take 7-14 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on US and Australian orders over $60. For orders under $60 or international orders, shipping costs vary based on destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed, we'll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us at hello@trypatchwell.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but we can't guarantee changes once an order is being prepared.

How do I subscribe to my favourite patch or bundle?

Simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option on any product page, choose your delivery frequency, and checkout as normal. You'll automatically receive your patches on your chosen schedule — and save money on every order.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You can manage your subscriptions anytime by logging into your account. From there, you can change your delivery frequency, update your payment method, skip an order, or swap products.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription settings. Please note that cancellations must be made before your next payment is processed. Once payment is charged, that order cannot be refunded.
